Privacy

How this site handles personal information: what it collects, where it goes, and what never happens with it.

The Short Version

Personal information enters this site in one place, the partnership enquiry form. What you send there goes to Nikunj and nobody else. Traffic is counted in aggregate. Nothing is sold, given to advertisers, or used to build a profile of you.

The Enquiry Form

Sending an enquiry or requesting the partnership deck asks for your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, a partnership category and your message. Nikunj uses these to read your enquiry and reply to it, and for nothing else. They are stored in an access-locked database hosted in Sydney, Australia, and can only be read with server credentials that never reach a browser.

Two technical details are stored alongside each enquiry, both kept solely for investigating abuse: the browser's user-agent string, and a salted cryptographic hash of the network address the enquiry came from. The address itself is never written down and cannot be recovered from the hash. The server also holds the address in memory for a few minutes to limit repeat submissions, then it is gone.

Traffic Measurement

Two tools count visits. Vercel Analytics measures page views without cookies and without identifying anyone. Google Analytics records page views and events using its own cookies. When an enquiry is sent, the analytics event notes that one was sent and which partnership category was chosen. Your name, email and message are never part of it.

Neither tool is used for advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

Email

Writing to Hi@nikunj.com.au is ordinary email. Your message and address stay in the mailbox for as long as the conversation needs them.

Service Providers

Three companies process data so the site can run. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs. Supabase stores enquiries, in its Sydney region. Google processes analytics data under the Google Analytics terms. That is the whole list.

Keeping, Correcting, Deleting

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to the partnership conversation they opened. To see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email Hi@nikunj.com.au.

This site handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe a request was not handled properly, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

When This Policy Changes
